Project Shristi

NHC- Team NAIHS under the leadership of Ambassador Dr. Priya Adhikari, succesfully conducted Project Shristi-a campaign on Perimenopausal awareness on 11th January 2023. Perimenopause refers to the time during which the body makes the natural transition to menopause, marking the end of the reproductive years.

Women face multiple physical as well as psychological health problems during this transition. The campaign focused on female teachers and staff of Rashmi Secondary School, Swoyambhu. A counselling session addresing the health concerns and queries of the participants was also conducted by the team.
